Best deal at a physical store so far.
$77 for a great game, just remember it isn't released until 10th November, so 3 days to get this deal.
Also remember to price match ;)

I think thats the best in-store deal yet… :)
K-Mart's price beaten. Only 3 more sleeps to go !
When is the PC version being released - seen reports it's 10th Nov and others saying its delayed.
Apparently the PC version isn't looking to good, no dedicated servers is a bit of a put off. Apparently theirs no console either, but that's only a minor annoyance.
NOOOOO!!!!
I love COD4 multiplayer…how can you have a Modern warfare 2 without good multiplayer support?
The whole PC gaming community is in uproar over this. There's not a single person I know who's going to buy the PC version anymore.
I'm not buying it till they fix their mistake :) Its like all they've done is added mouse support and text chat and marketed it for PC, piss weak.

Great deal.
If anyone is planning on buying this at miranda, please pricematch so i can also price match at JB so i can use my vouchers.
cheers. Why on earth do people keep saying great deal and posting these up when its cheaper elsewhere and Ive already posted it?
$69.95 at cheapgames.com.au and I posted $3 coupon.
Also $60 at fishpond with $5 voucher and also 5% free cashback from buckscoop.com.au
Not everyone wants to buy online… spammer.
its $98 at fishpond
Some people prefer to buy from real stores.
It is listed as 69.95 on cheapgames.com.au for the PC version. This deal is for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Also, those sites sell imports, not all people want to buy an import copy.
what are you talking about? it's the cheapest deal thus far from a bricks & mortar store
Don't know why you voting negative. lol. the poster did CLEARLY say it was best price from a bricks and mortar store. Not from a virtual store.
Well why don't you link us to a cheaper, genuine Australian piece of stock at an Aussie retailer?
What a numptie
what an idiot
Nice deal theguyrules. mooreshady you are a muppet. Next time back up your statements with facts like where it is cheaper. This site is about ppl helping ppl with bargains, although lately docuhebag's like you seem to be on here going crazy with the neg vote's for no reason.
Mod's can you reneg mooreshady's vote?
Thanks mate :D
Aussie Mark, care to send links to those prices? I can't seem to find them at ur quoted prices.
Cheapgames.com sells the xbox360 version for $69.95 and fishpond.com has the ps3 version for almost 90 bucks.
I think this is cheap for a PAL release. So this means that the Hardened edition is $43 more…
Has anyone found a cheaper price than $120?$77 sounds great especially for this game, however I hear that JB is meant to have some monster-awesome-super-duper price according to their catalogue but that could be the good 'ol pulling customers in to the store.
Great find though :D
just go to fishpond and click on the xbox 360 $90 copy then you will see NEW AND USED for $60
helpfish34 is $5 coupon code.
Fishpond site appears to be down at the moment but i think it is this: http://www.fishpond.com.au/Games/X_Box_360/First_Person_Shoo…
$73.15 if you have a DSE/Woolworths staff discount card.
so if the game itself is $77, and the prestige edition with the night vision goggles is $199, does that mean the night vision goggles are worth $122 ?
In terms of rrp the normal edition is $110. The Prestige is $200. So it's more like $90.
no game is worth $110, thats an EB games bullshit pricing style. just take a 2 minute stroll across the shopping center to kmart/jb hifi etc and get it for $70
Agreed!
Agreed, although I can get my games off Steam or CD Wow or something for just $40. I saved $60 on Borderlands by buying online.
Awweee man. I've ordered hardened pack from ebGames with $10 deposit (total cost $115) :( You guys think I can get them to price match or get deposit back?
You should have no problems price matching a competitor at EBGames.
EB Games "claim" to price match but really they are a bunch of clowns.
Excuses I have received from them when asking about price matching:
1) We need to phone the competitor to verify they have the product in stock, but they know our phone number and don't take our calls so we're not phoning them.
2) We only match local competitors, the competitor you've mentioned is 15km away, we don't consider that local.
3) We don't accept your internet print out of a competitors price as valid "proof"
TRUST ME I'VE TRIED AND NEVER GOTTEN EB GAMES TO PRICE MATCH ANYTHING
EB GAMES -> YOU SUCK
My EB Games is GREAT, price matches anything ;)
My EB Games is GREAT, price matches anything ;)
You can get them to price-match as long as you're not expecting to get it at the midnight launch. They won't pricematch at the midnight launch as no other competitors are trading. However, they have the 7-day return policy and have confirmed you can return it later then re-buy it for the price matched price or just return it after buying it for $77 at DSE
Bought one in Fishpond for 55 dollars + 4.95 postage.
You can use 4AFRIEND to get 5 dollars discount.Asked at JB Hi-Fi for their price - they said it will be $81. So DSE looks like the way to go..
Just went to EB and the guy promised he'd price match dse's price when I go get it tonight
Also Chadstone Shopping Center DSE (victoria) is getting 16 copies tomorrow morning if anyone is looking in my areaI picked mine up from DSE Chadstone this morning, and the guy quoted $89! I told him I'd just go to Kmart, so he matched their price. Guess the cheap price isn't for PC
JB Hifi have the PC version for $79
ordered mine from fishpond - still waiting lol
Hopefully by Mon
