Don't Bureau of Meteorology use these?
I think they use a random number generator. For which they outsourced the development.
Can it record historical data. Ie would it be possible to graph the recorded temperature over, say, the previous 12 months? Thanks.
I am sure it can if you lower the resolution to, say, 1 point per year :-)
That's what I thought. Just wishful thinking……
Yeah, but you need the pen and paper add-on (sold separately).
I 'lol'ed' @ professional!
How does it compares to a Davis?
I'm pretty sure your joking???
;p
OP - Thanks for the post, but this is not a professional weather station. So many features missing (including, but not limited to, wind information eg direction, speed, etc).
Bit unfair on the neg, sure its not pro - but neither is it priced as such. If the manuals 30m range is true then it seems like a decent buy?
FWIW, op copied the descriptions from Kogan's website. Don't blame the messenger. :P
Should have copied this too…
The Professional Wireless Weather Station displays the following:
- Indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity
- Barometric pressure with time chart and air pressure records. relative altitude measuring
- Weather forecast and trend function
- Moon Phase
- Daily Max/Min temperature and humidity
- In addition to the above, the outdoor sensor displays temperature and humidity, and wirelessly transmits data to the station.
Heh, I think the term "professional" to describe this is a bit of a stretch..
