  • Anybody who likes the sound of this please be aware: each description on the website says "pack .." or "pk .." (depending on the product) and not "pack of ..". It seems to me that it is some sort of internal packing description rather than a quantity description, as 10 for $55(as per the OP's description) would seem to make it those particular items at or below cost.

    With that in mind their terms and conditions state:

    OP, thanks for the post but as good it may appear, I'm gonna give it a miss. I can foresee a battle trying to get those at the price you have posted considering all of the above Also I would consider adding that this may be a website description and/or pricing error and I would definitely change your title and remove the word "of" from your description which currently reads "Kis 80 Litre Scuba Box (Pk of 10) for $55" should be removed as it is incorrect.

    • Quite a few items have questionable "Pk #" listings especially when you consider the listed rrp. Eg owl lunch bag is marked pk 8 at the same price as the other lunch bags of the same type without pk 8 listed

    • the other time i bought something as "assortment of 4", they sent only one. I sent them an email and got a refund right away. SO if its a price mistake, ill get it for free :)

      • You can't select a particular colour for the water bottles. For example, "Ello Vesi Plastic Bottle- P,T,G Mix(Pk6)-Pink, Teal, Grey Mix-"
        So I assume it comes in a mix of 6 bottles with those 3 colours

    • I actually think its a genuine sale, and they have overstock items or trying to clear the warehouse

      We all know that the wholesale cost is really much much much lower for items such as these (plastic/glass)

      For example:

  • Was just in Costco Ringwood VIC and they are selling a pack of two Ello Syndicate Glass Bottles for $20.99. If this sale is 6 for $17, I'll eat my hat! ;)

  • "$20 to the referrer after first purchase"

    A juicy referral credit there.

    If you don't know your referrer, be very careful about any advice they give.

  • Same deal here. Ordered three packs: one of 10, one of 7 and one of 6. Received only one from each pack.

    Funny how they coincidently packed all our orders in exactly the same wrong way without noticing.

  • So, sure enough I only got 1 of the 10 pack. Raised a ticket with them, and they're insisting I send the items back. I've told them I can't transport such a bulky item (the primary reason for buying it online), and they will need to collect them at a time convenient to me. They then replied they can't collect it, and I must send it back.

    I think I'll need to raise the issue with Paypal.
