I used this before, was told by my PT not to use it as it has Estrogen in there… but that might just be for me.
Also, don't get the apple flavour, taste really sweet.
Your PT is a moron. There is nothing in here to do with Estrogen, it is simply branched-chain amino acids, citrulline maleate which might give you a slightly better pump, and electrolytes.
Estrogen in a BCAA drink? I'd get a new PT…

Ajipure is considered the best type of BCAA@Sjfilly: Quesa is the name of the aussie company that makes them.
Where can I get the Ajipure? Might give those a go as I can barely find a supply for the Quesa ones… also as those were unflavoured… it leaves a bitter after taste.
So your pt said not to take this world famous brand of bcaa because it had estrogen, and you to take another brand of bcaa. Maybe he is sponsored by that brand

i use short dated stuff all the time. Just make sure you keep them air tight sealed
