$5.00 for the first year.
So why not put probably the most important piece of info into the description?
Noted.
Just got one from 1and1 for USD$0.99 (first year).
This one is for USD $0.01 (first year) W160DQZL6C
Yep, get a new domain from 1&1 for 99c, then move it to NameSilo at the end of the first year to get $7.39 for year 2 and $8.99pa going forward (including free whois protection). About the most cost-effective process I've found.
Or if you're lazy and can't be arsed fighting over a few cents here and there simply use NameSilo from the get-go and forget about it.
As an aside, this is a great domain pricing comparison site: https://www.domcomp.com/
No ICANN Accreditation?
https://www.icann.org/registrar-reports/accredited-list.htmlNo ICANN Accreditation means the seller is a reseller e.g what Bunnings is to Ozito
For those that are interested, the absolute minimum cost price for a com is $7.85USD.
This doesn't include the cost of ICANN accreditation or establishing and running a business. If you pay less than about $15/year AUD for a com, you're in front
Yep reseller forgot to tack that on.. Was remembering back when Registerfly was an eNom reseller but I think they went independent around 2006.
Powerpipe is an old reseller that is still around. Registered a few domains with them back in 2000
It looks like Registerfly went out with a bang. Hookers, plastic surgery and a $6,000 chihuahua? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RegisterFly
lol. power corrupts I guess
Not sure why my comment was deleted it was the link from google search???
Anyway GoDaddy had 99cent USD .Coms
Per year?
