"The factor that probably has the highest effect on outcomes for children is the level of well being and functioning of their mother. If you care about children, take good care of mothers.” Rick Hanson.
Your online wellbeing program to de-stress, renew and feel whole.
Your happiness as a mother affects your children’s happiness too. Taking care of yourself is the best gift you can give your child – and yourself! You deserve it. They need you at your best.

Mindfulness4Mothers is not another set of instructions on how to be a perfect mother. Far from it. It is expert self care for any stage of motherhood.

Designed in three parts to help you get the most from what the experts have to say and make establishing your own mindfulness practice – in daily life and “on the chair” – so much easier.

  • How can we assess that this is really a bargain?

My wife is about to have our first child.
I'll buy the program, do exactly the opposite, and if the kid ends up a serial killer… we'll know it works.

      Might wanna set a subscription…

This is utter rubbish, read the description, the aim of this is to cause mothers and their children to become spaceheads. The best way is for the mother to follow her instincts, not a wishy washy online feel good course. There aren't even any contact details about who is offering this and it could damage the way you treat your children. And why is an Australian business charging in US dollars?

Have you checked your calendar lately? It's 2015 not bloody 1955, 'Mothering is the most important job in the world' is either pandering or patronising.
I also find it hillarious that you seem to have mixed up the philosophy of Buddhism and that of Ayn Rand.

I am negging because over $55AUD is an absurd amount of money for digital guided meditation and podcasts.

This constant assertion that being a stay at home mum is the single most important job in the world (this is generally supported by falsified data 'proving' that being a mum is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars a year). This is a concept that is designed to convince women that motherhood is the pinnacle of female accomplishment when frankly it isn't as difficult as suggested, although as a stay at home dad what would I know.
