Why does SRG insist upon a card/membership for each individual store, rather than one consolidated membership/card for all ?
Surely it would reduce overheads and encourage expenditure across the range of stores, whilst increasing exposure for the groups stores to more people.
Common sense idea, that I will be willing to accept a VIP card instead of commission for this consultation :)
I presented my flybuys card at Officeworks the other day as it is part of Wesfarmers (Coles) group & they don't take it. Neither do Bunnings or Myer (also part of Wesfarmers). Same situation as SRG here. Premier Investments who own Smiggle, Just Jeans, Peter Alexander etc also run different rewards programs for their different brands. My simplest guess why is member info is used to market products to customers of that specific brand. If you are a Rebel Sport customer will you be interested in Super Cheap Auto promos? Also means customers have several accounts with lower rewards points balances so the group has to pay out for rewards far less often. Probably saves alot if you consider it.

As I said it is not advertised and the prices are the same but when you go to the checkout and show your member card then the 20% is reduced off the price.
OP should put BFC members only in the title then.
