looks to be a pretty good price for your requirements…I had a really quick look at msy's system prices and you'd be looking at over $350 for something similar as their builds have optical drive and operating system as extras.

I can second blahoz, good price for a basic desktop PC.
If you compare it to the $270 El Cheapo build recommended by Whirlpoolers, this lags only slightly behind in processing power but instead comes with windows 8 and a wireless card. In other words, it's cheaper to buy this than to build one yourself from parts.
i will consider this printer.
I have the old version of the printer. Is a great unit for printing wirelessly from an iPhone or ipad.
Ink is not the cheapest, but for the amount i print, this is not an issue.
Is it duplex?

Would anyone with some knowledge about computers have an opinion about the desktop? I've tried to compare but don't understand the numbers. Could you get a comparable system cheaper at MSY or similar? Thanks. I only want a basic pc to surf the net, you tube etc, no gaming.
