Accor is having a super sale with 40% hotels in asia pacific.
The stay period in Australia and most other Asian countries is 1st April til 30 June but for China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea the stay period is 12 Feb -30 June.
Booking before the 6th Feb.
Advantage plus members get 50% off.
From experience, it pays to book early or rooms available at the sale price tend to run out.
This sale starts 27/1 for advantage plus members,
28/1 for le club members (free membership) and non members 2/2 (thanks to mbw2010)
Enjoy your trip!

Yeah, I had the same problem. Wanted a room in Melbourne for early April and not a single Melbourne hotel is in the sale.
Same for Sydney. Hmm.
Edit: My fault. Le Club offers start tomorrow.
The sale begins tomorrow for le club members ( free). I hope you find somewhere nice.
Tried Bali for the given dates and out of 10 only 2 is offering a slight discount. Waste of time!
"This offer is valid for reservations made:
- Between 27 January and 06 February 2015, for Accor Advantage Plus members,
- Between 28 January and 06 February 2015, for Le Club Accorhotels members,
- Between 29 January and 06 February 2015, for ACCOR newsletter subscribers, and for ACCOR and Le Club Accorhotels partner subscribers.
- Between 02 and 06 February 2015, for the general public."Ah, specials not active yet for the public. Thanks.
Prices don't seem to be cheaper for the Sunshine Coast on those dates either… ?
The specials are not active yet unless you're an Accor Advantage Plus member.
Thanks for those start dates. The sale prices are working for me as I am advantage plus member. Sorry didn't know it was different for others. Definitely worth trying again tomorrow.
I am an Accor Advantage Plus member.
Managed to secure a much better deal for a 3 nights stay at Ibis Style Sapporo this morning. My previous booking was cost at JPY 30,600. Reduced to 16,600 now.By the way, should anyone be interested in joining Accor Advantage Plus, better to join through Hong Kong office. The fee there is approx AUD $400 which gives your 2 free nights stay and a supplementary membership to whoever nominated by you. If you join through Australia office , you pay for similar fee with 1 night free stay and no extra supplementary membership.
p.s. with the membership, you enjoy 50% off for 2 people dining in at participating restaurants. Food only though. Can this be done online or do they need to call you
I have the Australia branch ringing and trying to get me to sign upJust email them. Definately dont ask the aust branch or mention the hong kong office offer to them.
Ive been interested but only plan to travel in april so want to buy then. Lady on phone said price is going up soon (but she might just be doing it to get me to sign up straight away)
To avail this 40% off… I need to pay $400 membership?
Nope, just need a free membership here: https://secure.accorhotels.com/gb/leclub/index-australia.sht…
And to wait until the 28th of Feb in the time zone of the hotel you're booking.
EDIT Although apparently that isn't enough because it's not working for me in Melbourne hotels and it's the 28th in Melbourne. Buggered if I know.
Thanks, i will try to register and see if i can find something.
Looking at Singapore accomodation. Would prefer this coming feb-14 but it seems for regular member I cna only try to look for availability after the 28th.
The Australian Advantage Plus cost $319 includes a free night, 50% off two people dining and 10%off room rates. If you travel alot (5+times a year) its definitely worth it. I think you can only purchase the hong kong one whilst overseas.
OK, deals are showing in Melbourne for Le Club members now. And the discount is 25% on what the prices were yesterday.
The ads don't say "up to" and even the booking pages with the special prices say 40% off.
Dodgy.
EDIT The hotel I'm specifically looking at is only 17% off. Lame.
The 40% is off the best unrestricted rate.
But you don't get an unrestricted booking. So how is it 40% off?
Thanks OP, snagged some cheap rooms for a stay in Melbourne coming up. Listed as 40% off, by my calculation it was only 20% lower than the cheapest price available via Trivago, still a good deal.
Doesn't work for either Bali or Melbourne for the dates mentioned.
