Becos of people like you!
Literate people?
That's why I buy disks. I want proper quality.
But good on you for trying you do the right thing. Sucks when you get penalised for it.
I've had bad experience with disks too, when using an HTPC. (it upscaled to HDTV a lot better)
Some copy-protection schemes actually break the DVD standards and are technically not allowed to be called DVDs.
If DRM actually did anything to stop commercial piracy, I'd be more inclined to tolerate it.
Shame Chopper is only in SD though.
Should be Chopper V Kenny. Now that'd be a shit fight!
Whoever wins, they'll never find the body.
Google Play has a smell that will outlast religion ….
Google Play sucks.
After buying Kenny, I get "playback is not supported on this device". No explanation. On another device, it will play SD but not HD, even though the hardware is capable.
So, back to the torrents, and I get a file that plays anywhere. no hassle, no forced adverts, no forced updates.
If the music industry can make billions selling DRM-free CDs and downloads, why can't the movie industry do it?
