  I dont get it why they always use naked dudes on their covers???!!
  I mean shouldnt they use a cover more like FHM or some other male oriented mags? Or even just use something neutral like nature/landscape shots that are more associated with health?

    I think the idea is "get healthy by reading this magazine and look like the guy on the cover".
    If you ever read Men's health, it makes sense as a lot of the articles are either healthy eating or workout oriented.

  Keep in mind a lot of libraries have this mag as part of their free e-magazine lending program through Zinio. It's definitely available for Sydney City library if you don't mind reading on a tablet.

    Anyone know of any libraries in victoria that stock this via the free e-magazine program? I actually like this magazine, however the three library subscriptions that I have, none of them contain this mag :(

      I'm pretty sure Darebin library has it through Zinio. They definitely have Women's Health so I would assume they have Men's Health also.

  Terrible magazine… not worth the money.

  Also I am pretty sure your local library has a zinio subscription of this magazine that you can get monthly for free.
