Work started back to day so whilst on the train I was able to finish The Nigger of the Narcissus, and Other Short Stories by Joseph Conrad.
Conrad was a writer in the late 19th and early 20th century. However he was actually a sailor/ship hand prior to that. Most of his stories connect back to a sailing theme.
His works are poignant, striking and powerful.
I've listed, what I believ, to be his 2 best books first.
