Advertised as 75% OFF (RRP $757) . I think this is discounted stock from paklite, can't find anything on it.

It's pretty cheap for a 3pce set from an Australian brand. They're very light too, ordered myself a set

I worked as a baggage handler when I was in uni. Paklite were one of the better brands and comparable to Samsonite, American Tourister, Antler, etc.

ozbargain members can all now match at the airport too!

New member here. Can you elaborate on that please?

    • Checking in a very light set of Paklite Hyperlite while hand-carrying a heavy American Tourister….

  • You can buy each one individually too. Just got the medium one.

  • Was thinking of getting the hard case kogan luggage set. So much cheaper but I wonder if it would break up the first time checking it in lol.

Probably will break on its first journey towards where you live after you bought it

      • Haha. You are probably right.

I bought some…… so far have survived one trip with no damage….

      • Cheers

  • These suit cases are not that light at all:

    2.9kg Medium Spinner Case – 41cm (w) x 71cm (h) x 30cm (d).

I bought the Kirkland signature by Samsonite from Costco 7 months ago and after 3 overseas and 1 interstate trips (more than 17 different planes) it still looks like new! It has Dual Hinomoto Japan wheels, it's easier to move and silent when compared to more expensive luggage I own.Very happy so far!

      • Looks nice. How much was it approx? And which size?

I tend to over pack & my soft case tips every time

I have the Kirkland signature as well top case for a tight arse price

I've always had broken wheels so I tend to avoid bags with wheels that protrude out so much from the bag. Best is those that are somewhat built-in or part of the bag design (eg. those with half or 3/4 of the wheels protruding out and the rest is recessed inside). For this Paklite bag, it appears that the entire wheel is visible and it also has a long frame attaching the wheel to the bag.

  • Luckily got this one too:

    • I asked for 4 and got only 1.

      • That's one more than I got and I always write reviews on TA to help out other travellers.

  • They are also the cheapest I could find when looking for the Paklite cyborg (hardcase)
    at $125 for the medium

I couldn't bring myself to pay $125 for one when these were 175 (last week from memory)

Never got around to going to look at it since I bought a 110L rolling duffle $259 reduced to $56
