Hopefully the retailers can smash this for Boxing day.. but if not still a solid deal

Better deal, controller is worth more than 12 months of live.

  • ebgames has some pretty sweet deals on the xbox bundle as well.

  • Not too bad of a deal, I think there will be some better offers in the new year though.

Worth correcting for the $599 bundle "For a limited time, get an additional 3 games of your choice" (not 4).

    • You still end up with 6 games, but the first three are pre-selected:

Assassin's Creed Unity full game download
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag full game download
Dance Central Spotlight full game download

  • Bah, I'd have preferred the live. Though saying that, I've talked myself back off the cliff edge a dozen or more times over these deals in the last few days or weeks, lol. This change makes it easier to not miss.

I believe this is the best deal I've seen on an Xbox One bundle, Microsoft had an almost equivalent deal 2 months ago which I bought and hadn't seen better value until now, but the games available for selection are better here - Halo Master chief Collection, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, Forza 5.

If you're considering an Xbox One, now may be your best opportunity to pounce - particularly because the better games may run out of stock.

Also, irrespective of whether you want a Kinect, I'd buy the kinect bundle. You can sell the Kinect and one of those games for well over $100.

In fact you could probably sell the 3 selected games for $200, the Kinect and dance central for $100, the extra controller (which is pretty useless with few games split screen anymore) for $65, and the assassins creeds for $70. That would make it a $164 Xbox One, or $142 if you buy it with Cash Rewards. It also comes with a headset and 14 day Xbox live trial (or my nearly equivalent bundke did) that you could probably sell for $20 total, taking the price down to about $122.

Yeah keep dreaming that you can sell it for that price..

I ended up $170 out of pocket after selling the games and xbl on the said deal 2 months ago so hes not too far off the mark

    • Sold my 360 to fund the purchase of my PS4 but actually miss the XBOX as it was a bit more social online. Thinking of pouncing on this deal and re-selling all the non-essentials as suggested, though I'd want to keep the Halo Collection as those games are pretty damn awesome!

  • Check the prices on eBay, I believe they roughly stack up to reality for new products. You would need to sell the assassins creeds seperately. To avoid eBay fees, you would need to use gumtree.

  • AC codes are pretty worthless, market is saturated. I decided to use mine.

Very annoyed that my cash rewards didn't work in my bundle purchased last Friday.

    • I got $40 for AC unity a few weeks ago (market may have changed since), kept black flag because I wanted it. Cash rewards worked for me, maybe it is just delayed.

  • Seems like a good deal for xbone

What are the community's thoughts re JB Hi-Fi matching this deal and price during the post-Xmas period? I'd prefer a deal I can collect rather than one where I wait on delivery…
