Hi all

I just stumbled on this airfare on www.kayak.com.au in the explore section ex Sydney.

It appears that CEBU airlines are offering r/t tickets Sydney to Manila r/t for $241.

The departure dates appear to be 4/4 through 15/4. Combined with another airfare it might be a cheap way to get to Europe or Japan.

Book through Bravofly.

one can book r/t tickets from Manila to Hong Kong for $220 so combining the two fares one can travel SYD - HKG for $461 in total.

  They take your money, send you a email, but haven't actually booked your flights until some point in the future. I have had bravo fly not book tickets they have taken the money for, right up to the time of the flight

I just did some research and there are lots of complaints. Maybe see if you can book direct with CEBU Pacific?

It looks like you can book it at Cebu Pacific's website

Its a $149 promo fare to Manila and then $94 back to Sydney.

Note that this only includes carry on luggage so watch out for hidden charges.

I have flown Syd - Mnl with Cebu Pacific and it was a good flight. I would just warn people to check the weather against the time of year that they plan to holiday in the Phils.
