          Licencing is not needed.
          These are specifically made for teenage bogans to ride down the footpath.
          Check any episode of Highway Patrol/Cops.

    Average price for this sort of bike, the only thing it had going for it is the warrantee, which excludes most things anyway. Just try getting spares for it in 1 months time. Absolute rubbish quality. Better off buying a 20 year old Yamaha or Honda for a little bit more in my opinion
    Have owned a few of these in the past, would not waste my money again.
