The link to the "review" is actually just a link to a press release - which of course is going to make the camera look good. I can't find any reviews on this model, with sample photos - had anyone had any luck?

They have sample on their Global web site.
I have sold cameras for years, and in my experience Fujifilm make great cameras. The only issue is they don't last that long (I have broken many of them).
I think it is a good deal.
