Those codes "Excludes orders solely consisting of beer, champagne, cider or RTDs" so need to buy something else as well.

This deal has not expired, you just need to add some wine to the order. I added the mixed dozen with the bonus 6 pack of corona and the total was around $170 delivered for 12 bottles of red/white, 6 bottles pol, and 6pack of corona.
