      you might get dicked around.
      It takes 2 weeks for them to return it though.
      Then they will say they cannot locate it, and spend another 2-4 weeks locating it.
      Then they will finally give you the refund after around 15 calls chasing it up.

      It is easier for you to accept the batteries and return it to a store, then cancel the entire order if they do not send it out.

      Have to cancel my Paypal dispute now.

        I will wait and see whether we receive the actual phone. I may have jumped the gun. Last time with emtec USB drive, I received the email confirmation and Star Track consignment note but it was just stuck at Picking from Warehouse. After 5 days, I received another email notifying of Order cancellation.

    They are actually shipping M7. I tried calling them day before yesterday to ask about my M7. Guy told me they are on backorder but they are expecting 100 stock coming on 16th after which it will be shipped, and there you go. I got my shipping confirmation as well.

        My 'vodafone' g3 came yesterday and had no visible branding on the box or phone.only had 2 ( removable) VF apps….no worries!

    Just received my M7 :) Unable to open/test it until Christmas though. Can't see any mention of it being Vodafone stock on the box however.

    Got mine delivered today too. Pretty quick and as others mentioned as well, could not see anything saying Vodafone.
    No applications inside from Vodafone as well.
    Looking for covers now :)

    I can vouch for the Belkin clear case selling at the goodguys for $9 ( http://www.thegoodguys.com.au/belkin-htc-one-grip-sheer-matt… ). Nice fit with corner protection without adding too much bulk & still shows off the phone nicely. Also have them in black.

    Got the last G3 from Menai, thanks op! I'm told there may be some left in Blacktown but I haven't checked with the store. No sign of Voda anywhere on the box itself.

    picked up the last g3 at my nearest dick smith just now. there are very few left. $429 for unlocked stock must be a total steal! asked jb HiFi if they would price beat, they said no way they could come close to matching it!

      Nope, I just picked up a LG G3 from Browns Plains, QLD DSE. Apparently they don't put them on the shelves anymore so you have to ask.

    I still haven't received mine and Dick Smith can't seem to tell me where it is. They said startrack have it.. But then I called startrack and they said they never received it. Apparently my concern has been escalated and they'll get back to me. Is this a regular thing for Dick Smith to do? I feel like I'm being dicked..

      And Dick Smith dicked me! Apparently they can't find stock of the LG g3 even though it had been given a consignment number from startrack. They've given a refund and a $20 voucher. Is this their standard procedure or should I have been given the option of another similar product?
