    A bad news to EC…

    • $10 in credit are valid for 3 months, and awarded if the referred person purchases within 72 hours of subscribing without using a promo code or credit.

    It means if the people use 2DOLLARS code, you cannot get any referral credit…

    It scammed me at PayPal :( - everything was going well, credit was applied, and then the receipt said I paid the full price. I emailed them - hopefully just a stuff up in the system. But watch very carefully, as it clearly has the potential to 'lose' your credit somewhere in the process.

      Just try again. The system is a bit buggy.

        I had to email them because it didn't 'lose' the credit until it charged me. Like it on the receipt it had the normal price, not the one with the credit which is what came up when I clicked 'pay now'. Had to email to ask to cancel that transaction/order.

          When it gets to the page where you sign in to PayPal, just close it and start again. Your credit doesnt get used until you complete checkout.

          Obviously if it shows the wrong price, you shouldn't go ahead.

          @happychappy1: Yes I'm aware of this. What I am saying is that it said the discounted price when I clicked pay, and the next page came up with the receipt for the full price. Does that make sense now? There was no way to know it was charging me the full amount.

          @DrSJ: I always check the amount on Paypal website before pressing that Paynow button. If that amount is correct I don't worry about the amount on the sellers receipt.

          @dealsfinder: Hmm maybe then they didn't actually charge the full amount? I don't know. Nevertheless they were very quick at sorting it out for me, and refunding the purchase. Now I can do it again and make sure it works properly :) I think it might have been my fault anyway, I clicked the back button sometime in the process, so that may have stuffed it up.     I like to pay a small amount with these deals to reduce the likelihood of cancellation.
