    what do you mean by Kogan.com range? Does that mean it must be a Kogan branded product? or just anything from the Kogan website?

  • Spent $126 at Kogan paying by Amex card. At the payment section, the discount code was entered. The order has been processed and received the order confirmation from Kogan but no response about the $30 credit from Amex or Kogan. I believe it may take some time, please refer to below T&C.

    • I queried Kogan and they said for me to ask AMEX. So will be getting the credit from Kogan or AMEX? Not sure.

  • can you enter a couple of discount vouchers and pay with multiple cards ie stack promo codes on their site or it doesnt allow it?

    • Nope. They sent me a message after I contacted them on the 12th.

      The $30.00 store credits will be issued shortly to those who have followed the steps outlines by AMEX.

      This was after them telling me it was up to AMEX to give the credits out.

      Hasn't quite been 14 days so I'd give them another week to sort it out.
