A comparison of the EeePC's are here http://event.asus.com/eeepc/comparison/eeepc_comparison.htm. I have been keeping an eye on the Netbooks for a while, and this is the best deal I have come across for under $500.
I believe COTD have been selling the S101H for between $500-$600 + postage, which appears to be the same as this with a 120gb drive rather than 16gb solid state + 16gb SD card (which sounds like a big difference, although the solid state drive does slightly increase battery life, decrease weight, and are technically more sturdy).

Next cheapest on static ice is $679, making this $230 cheaper (http://staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=+Eee+PC+S101)
So people don't get caught out with the same thing I did, this cheapest listed on the page is a S101H for $569. I realise the larger harddrive may be better for many, but this the amount of 320gb portable external drives going around at the moment for around $100, you can't go wrong.
Good price. S101 is considered being a better model than S101H for its SSD drive.
