This is NOT 100hz. Do your home work.
Officially it is Clear Motion Rate of 200. According to rting thats equivalent to 100Hz.
Not too sure how it all works but even on Samsungs website they won't list the refresh rate for that particular TV.
Then again, you could possibly be right as there's this table (2nd one from the top) but it even that has a small side note mentioning the inconsistency between countries.

I think you'll find this one is 100Hz and the Sony UHD you posted is 50Hz.
