Good deal but no store pickup. No paypal so I'm out. Saved $100.

  • Bought 4 t-shirts worth $40 and received free shipping on it. Thanks

Lucky you. I bought over ten for Xmas presents. So far it seems that $40 could be the lowest to get free shipping.

      • thanks

  • weird. I got $9.95 for the shipping when I added 5 $10 shirt. Do i need to register as a user first?

    • It asked me if I want to sign up for future at the time of checkout. So I did, that's all.

    • Good point!

I just purchased a single $10 t-shirt with free shipping - the same landscape lines shirt you mentioned.

      Thanks OP.

    • Thanks nada83 and OP. Bought 3 Tshirt for $30.

  • Thanks updated the deal

  • Does anyone know if this is instore too? Prefer to see and try on before buying and live close-ish to a store but not keen to fight Christmas crowds only to find it's online only.

    • Online only

  • Any one have experience with sizing? I'm normally either a medium or large, depending on if normal fit or slim fit

    • I bought one earlier this year. These are not slim fit.

      • Thanks very much!

  • Okay, Galaxy S4 + 3 tees. I am not really this extravagant.

Order a size up from normal, these run small and shrink.

Mine actually is the same size after a few months. No shirkage so far.

  • Awesome! 2 Tee's $20 with Free shipping

  • Thanks OP. Just bought 3 tees for $30 with Free shipping!

  • Thanks OP. How quickly to they get them out? Hopefully they are still $10 by the time I get it in case I need more.

  • Looks like they've adjusted their pricing. When you search t-shirts, there's a lot (incl string T) advertised at $10, but when you click on them, they're $19.99 and add to the cart at $19.99.

    • That's right.. this was a Monday deal only, they need to update their landing page prices. However $19.99 is still better than what I paid a few months ago for this t-shirt.

  • I just got my shipping notice, its coming from New Zealand via DHL.

To the post office for parcel collect :( this isn't going to well. Does anyone know what will happen?

    • Not sure about major cities, but in Canberra DHL subcontracts to AusPost for the last mile, so Parcel Lockers are ok.

      • Yep, I called up DHL and asked them to deliver to my home instead. They still sent it to the post office which turned out fine. (Perth)

    Ordered Monday, received Thursday… whoa!

    • Same here. When you get free shipping, you never expect express worldwide courier. Awesome!

Anyone get unauthorised transactions on their card after buying through here? I did. Bank caught it and got refunded, but based on a couple of indicators including some personalised Louis Vutton sale spam I'm guessing it came from this transaction (but not 100%). Anyone else? Chrome also shows that on the checkout page not all resources are encrypted.

@Peace Maker - Yes. I just reported 3 unauthorised transactions (all on 1 December) from Asia Web Direct co m Milton and Wotif and there are more transactions to come apparently. Louis Vuitton spam too.

    • thanks for the heads up.
check credit card account which is ok.
only used this account rarely for suspicious online transaction.
better safe than sorry, cancel and renew a new one,

  • @PeaceMaker & @7Alice7 - I also had a range of $100+ transactions in Las Vegas from 2-3 December that I'd reported as fraudulent. I was struggling to find the source of the breach, so thanks.

In terms of spam, I've got none. I've been signed up to their Australian and Kiwi mailing lists with a disposable address ([email protected]) for quite some time. Will monitor for future spam.

    • I have about $2000 in fraudulent hotel bookings via Expedia, Agoda and Wotif. Bit annoyed that my bank didn't pick it up. I'm getting some gaming spam now, WOW etc.

  • I've emailed them to have someone audit their checkout page, as it appears it isn't completely encrypted, at least according to Chrome. I know from experience most compromises are from phishing or malware, but I have eliminated those issues at my end, so I am assuming the macpac checkout page is the culprit.

You should not be liable for any unauthorised transactions, nor will your bank. This type of fraud is called 'card not present'. It basically means the online vendor accepts payment from a card number and details (not the physical card), which is a high risk transaction. Because of this, the vendor must accept any loss from a disputed transaction (after reasonable inquiries from the bank, of course). Unfortunately for the retailer, they often loss the transaction, pay a dispute fee, and then lose the goods they sent as well. Very bad position for them, which is why some ask for photo id etc.

If you don't get a satisfactory result from your bank, you should contact the Financial Services Ombudsman.

    Good luck all.

    • I know this is bit late but Even I have had 3 unauthorised transactions of 300$ each from Diecastmodelswholesale, cashmereboutique and Newton running company after i bought macpack tees using my card. my bank didnt pick it up. I got back 900$ from the bank.

      • Let macpac know. I'm sure they would want to hear about each incident. My bill ran to $3000 in the end, all refunded thankfully.
