…."there are a myriad of uses" should read "there are myriad uses". Myriad means many, not plethora. I'm on my own personal crusade to repair the word. Thanks for reading.

"Recent criticism of the use of myriad as a noun, both in the plural form myriads and in the phrase a myriad of, seems to reflect a mistaken belief that the word was originally and is still properly only an adjective. As the entries here show, however, the noun is in fact the older form, dating to the 16th century."

    • When myriad first appeared in English in the 16th century, it was always pluralised and followed by "of", such as "many myriads of men." By the 18th century, the noun had been dropped from the phrase. At that time, a sentence "myriad beauties" was then considered correct.

Today, both phrases are used. Although "myriad of" is a bit more common than myriad followed by a noun, either expression is perfectly acceptable.

    • I drank a whole bottle of this on the weekend and I can say, as fussy as I am, this was really nice and exceptional for $11.

  • Im liking this for a couple $$ more. They all taste the same to me
