Just contact them and try and add it if they haven't shipped it yet.
I wanted to add something before they shipped some hard drives and contacted their support. They told me it was too late, but offered to do a new sale and remove the shipping cost. So it all worked out fine
I got the free shipping anyway, and having just checked the order, part of it is already in transit. Not bad considering it was gone 11pm last night when I ordered.
It was only $30 I missed out on, but I would far rather that $30 be in my pocket than theirs.
Hello, Can you please provide a link for the baby registration deal? I did a search for "baby registration" and nothing came up in the other thread.
Google is your friend:

I was looking around a while back at these thermometers and found the best available was a Beurer Digital 7 in 1 Thermometer its made in Germany and has a 3 year warranty and reads by rubbing across forehead and in ear and even temperature of liquids.I got it on sale but its $49.95 now.

I have to say for the number of years these in-ear temperature products have been around for, I would really expect a much better price. I am guessing a particular company holds a patent. The Beurer Digital 7 in 1 looks really good though.
kogan have an in ear one for $19 delivered at the moment but i went for the forehead one and for better quality.
I bought a different model when it was on sale a couple of years ago via eBay.
I must say that I am not satisfied with these thwemometers. They give completely different readings in both ears and they vary by 2-3 degrees, which is not a small variation by any way !
Both ears and forehead temps will vary but not by 2-3 degrees. I just checked with mine and ear variation was 0.3.. You should just check one ear or forehead then always the same to see if there is a variation in temp.
Ear wax….
There are differences in body temperature depending where it is taken. They are also other factors to consider. Average temperature being 37 degrees Celsius.
see:
http://www.webmd.com/first-aid/body-temperature
Note: "A rectal or ear (tympanic membrane) temperature reading is slightly higher than an oral temperature reading. A temperature taken in the armpit is slightly lower than an oral temperature reading. The most accurate way to measure body temperature is to take a rectal temperature."
@marcozmitch:
i think you missed the point….
@slowmo: Thanks. I got it, I think. I was also responding to paulaus. The thermometer should be consistent still. Also core body temperature is the most important temperature measurement. Hence why nurses used to always stick a thermometer in the mouth.
@marcozmitch: and again, depends on which country you are in. not all nurses use oral therms. there are places where the ear/forehead are favoured,
and oral measurements can vary.
Methods of measurements have to depend on the condition (and a bit of common sense), you generally don't use rectal measurement on a person who is coming in with a rectal prolapse condition.
the points above are all irrelevant though, this deal is about ear therms.
I reckon someone who has issues using a thermometer, should get help from a medical professional, like a nurse.
Isn't anyone concerned that this is a Braun thermoscan 5 ear thermometer? I only have 2, so does it require friends to play?
you have to repeat 3 more times or you need to grow 3 more ears. :P
Crap! Just bought a load of stuff yesterday and forgot about the baby registration thing
