Hi Em, the strap on these bag it quite wide. I'd say about 6cms, but I can get an exact measurement if you were looking at a particular bag. As for the length, the strap is completely adjustable, so it can be short to really long. Pretty much for any height of person. Hope that helps :)

I bought one of the bags last time there was a clearance and it was great quality (esp for the price).
Edit: Mine were the A4-ish ones…the strap's a couple of inches wide and it can be extended - I think it goes down to my hip at the longest?

Thanks for your question. Basically with these products (mainly the bags) I inspect them and at the time of sending them, they look in perfect condition. However due to time, I cannot guarantee that they will last years, like you would normally expect.
I have sold many and have only had one problem. A customer informed me that after using one of the bags a few times, the plastic coating on the outside started to peal. I offered her a refund and she did not accept. She informed me that once the the plastic pealed, it looked fine and she was very happy with it.
Its just more about, I don't know how they will last, but they definatly look in perfect condition.
With these sale items. At the price they are reduced plus with the 50%off code, these are now well below cost price. Which I feel does make up for the possibility of loss in quality.
That being said, if there are any problems, like the strap breaks on a a bag the first time you use it. I will certainly issue a refund. I am really reasonable and more than happy to work things out with customers :)
