I need to buy a separate freezer for all the Dr Oetker pizzas!

  • I would give a Positive vote just because of the Dr Oetker pizzas - if I could.
For some reason OzBargain thinks I am a representative of Woolworths. So, I can't vote.

I cooked my last remaining pizza today. Room for more in the freezer now.

Maybe at some time in the past - long ago?

I have already left a message for a mod to remove this.

    • It shows me as associated too and I have no idea why. I don't think I've ever even commented on a WW post.

      • Trying to track down the bug. Thanks.

        EDIT: Fixed.

        • Neil to the Rescue

        • Thanks!

    • +1 on Dr Oetker pizzas, especially Spinach & Cheese!

      • Never tried these pizzas but the way you guys are talking it sounds like it's the "Connoisseur" version of pizzas

yes I'm ignorant but what's "edr credit" ?

      • cheers, I had no idea

      I would assume Everyday Rewards?

      • Yes Every Day Rewards.

        • +6

Almost everyday I don't get any rewards from Everyday Rewards. It's disappointing that you have to spend over $30 to get points which are practically worth nothing in small amounts.

        • @arcticmonkey:
If you want to know something interesting, for those still on travel10 bus tickets (students, etc), spending over $30 from say 2 concession mybus3's will still earn you the fuel vouchers and stuff at WW. A bonus compared to buying the same tickets from newsagencies, etc.

        • @arcticmonkey:

You are so right. Its useless. Flybuys used to be like that before but not it has started to give something back.

Also a de facto "Elec Data Retention" card, IMO. ;-)

I've actually decided that I want to beat WOW at their own game; they 'system' seems to be to give offers based on your average weekly spend +30%. So from now on I'm plannig on splitting my shop into 2 transactions, 1 with the EDR card scanned, for about 2/3 of my shopping, then another 'anonymous' shop, so when they make an offer I can more easily jump the hurdle.

Anyone else got ideas on how to beat them at their own game ?

          Don't shop there.

        • You're on the right track.

If you've got more than one adult in the household start up a second Everyday Rewards account and get double the offers for half the targets of what you used to get. It takes a few months to get things figured out on both sides but the rewards in the long term will be much better.

  • Does the gift card offer require to register first?

  • Thanks Trent, Legend~!

  • Apologies for asking, but what is Everyday Rewards Credit? How do you use it? Sorry quite new to the program.

    • EDR Is like flybuys but woolies program and like flybuys credit can be loaded onto it so next time you shop you will scan it and $10 will be taken off. Just pick up a card in store and start using it.

whats the fruit and veg discounts in the catalogue?

  • hmmmm so we can buy say 10 x Myer $50 vouchers (all in single transactions), then get 10 x $10 credit on the Everyday Rewards card?
Or is it limited to 1 only?

    • I'd check the terms and conditions when the catalogue comes online.

I'm fairly sure that last time they had this offer it was limited to one credit per Everyday Rewards account.

        • Conditions are in the post

        • @TRENT86:

Thanks I can see its now updated.
Not worth the run around for $10… if it was unlimited cards x $10 credit then I would have brought 10 or 20.. ahh well :-/

        • @ezza: The run around? Surely you will shop once that week, just grab a card and scan it, pretty simple :)

        • @TRENT86: Nah I might hold off.. See I'm moving soon and need to purchase a bunch of stuff to deck out a new home.. I would have been more interested in purchasing a heap these to cover a bed & furniture.

Not going to go all out of my way to Woolworths just for $10 then to be stuck with a $50 Myer giftcard..

        • @ezza: So where will you shop in the next week?

  • So, the Half-Priced items will be Full-Price if we don't spend $50, per the above list of Myers, etc.?

    • No that's completely separate

  • +1

Very nice on the EDR credit. Thanks!

Har ..easy to mis read this one..Tis other 5 /6ths of ur "$60 spend"- won 't go 2 groceries but items w. 100 %(typical) mark-up ala "My ers," or at least will be no-Westfield-card to have an avenue back to foodstuffs. So, just be prepped to purchase something "premium," and quite different from a Sunday's fly buy coupon> rolling this 1 ($20) back into essentials.(from'$80')

  • Bonds socks not showing as 50% off on Woolworths Online.

  • I'm having some issues with Woolworths Online too. Shopping from catalogue, tried to buy the Be Natural discounted cereal, but discount never showed up.
