Meyer lemon tree saplings at Coles Hurstville Station.
Only little, some have some immature fruit on them, most have flowers.
Normally see these for around $20-$25, plenty left

That's not the case mate… I bought 2 of these from Coles about 6 months ago and they have just started growing lemons. About 9 on one and 7 on the other..
16 lemons @ $1.50 each for the current lemon coles rip off prices. It's pretty good!
I recon it's definitely worth it!
They're not rip off prices, its because they aren't really in season.
Listen here Mr white, coles is the only stupid company in Australia who has never sold lemons by the kilo! Never!! The best they have done is 4 for $2 or a pack of 5 lemons for $4
Woolworths have lemons at $5.99 kilo, Aldi 5 pack for $4, my local fruit shop $3.99 per kilo.
Alright bitch!!
;)
yeah i know what you mean, but I'm just saying when they're in season they're like 50c each.
If you want season 2, 3, 4 to be better than season 1 the trick is to remove the fruit/flowers and let the plant put all its effort into growing.
Meyer lemons are crap. They are not sour enough.
Much better to get Eureka or Lisbon.
when life sells you lemon (trees)?
make lemonade…
I was looking at these but was asked to leave the store….. seems your only meant to wee on them once you get them home.
seems your only meant to wee on
Oops…
You're supposed to 'wee' on them ???
My bad… No wonder they called the police…
And with that, a mighty cheer went up from the heroes of Shelbyville. They had banished the awful lemon tree forever, because it was haunted. Now let's all celebrate with a cool glass of turnip juice.
Just note that, a plant like these will take atleast 3-4 years before it could start giving out lemons and may take 1-2 years more after that to give a decent number for a small family.
You get what you pay.
