Our staff will provide assistance to help you though the challengers if you required, obviously this is a choice you can chose not to take help and complete %100 independently. But we do have a system in place for this. When the time runs out the timer will signal, the lights come on and a staff member will enter to show you, what was remaining in order to escape before returning to reception where you can have your Photo’s and collect your belongings.

I have an easily spooked 7 year old.

Is this a bad idea for someone with claustrophobia?

Our rooms are generally quite spacious - you certainly won't be cramped up - but you are locked inside. Without knowing the extent of the claustrophobia it's a bit hard to say without giving away secrets of the rooms (we don't want to spoil all the fun).
There is an emergency escape button, so if at any time you feel you need to leave the room you are more than able to.

You can bring your own tools but you'll have to put them in our secure lockers before you enter the rooms. We wouldn't want you to lose the thrill of cracking the codes!

Hi there, Just checking your operating hours. Do you open on Sundays, or are they already booked out?
I'd like to sneak in a last min party this Sunday, but no blocks available. Can you add any extra spots? Could potentially do it on Monday 17th, but notice you're only open till 5pm. Seems a bit limiting. I would have thought you might get people come after work. That's when we could do it - ideally starting at say 7pm. (I believe your competition is open until 10pm - last entry 8:30pm http://sydney.escapehunt.com/#faqs)

Unfortunately we don't open Sundays, however we have extended our opening hours at night due to demand! Our last sessions now start at 9pm so you and your friends can visit after work.
