I think some clarification needs to be made here by the OP or anyone related to it.
I don't think this is an official Google site (I'm checking it out as I type) but appears to be an 'agency' linking to a google form. The end result may be a $75 voucher from Google or maybe not. I'm sceptical at this point… and wonder what strings are attached.
The -ve vote seems a little premature without evidence of problems with this company, although it indeed appears not to be officially related to Google.

I know it's premature and it is only my opinion. I'll happily retract it upon any official seal of approval - the fact that the who-is record and information being pulled in by iframes is enough me to warn other people, who may believe it is an actual Google authority.
Fair enough. I think it's a matter of rewording the deal to clarify that it is not originating directly from Google, which I'll leave to JeffreyM's discretion.
applied a week ago, nothing has happened yet (their phonecall should come within 2-3 days according to their website).
Called the 1800 number, went directly through to Google in the US. They gave me $85 of adword credit instantly ($75 + $10 activation) on an account I opened last week. Credit in there, all good. This is definitely Google.
