    Be ready for …

    Dear —-,

You recently placed an order with EziBuy. Unfortunately we were unable to process your order as the promotional code you used was not valid against your customer number. You will be refunded in the manner which you originally paid. Please allow 5-7 working days for the credit to appear.

As the promotional code you used was not valid against your customer number, you may have accidently entered another customer's promotional code. Please double check your promotional code when placing your order again.

When EziBuy sends a promotional code to its customers, the code is linked specifically to a customer's identification number to make sure that it is only used by that customer and is not used by that customer more than once.

Sometimes our promotional codes are distributed by unauthorised websites or are otherwise sent to others in breach of our codes' terms and conditions. As a promotional code is only valid for use by the intended customer recipient, any attempt by another customer to use the code when placing an order with EziBuy will invalidate that order.

Please give us a call or visit our website if you would like to place your order again with us. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

    Yours sincerely,

    Andrea Scown
    Chief Executive Officer
    EziBuy

It's in the Woolworths catalogue so I'd think you'd be OK.

      • Not sure if we are the target audience of the Woolworths catalogue though.

I am loyal fan of OZB - this so called unauthorised website, so I decide not to shop with Ezibuy…at least for now.

    • I saw this yesterday in the catalogue and my sheet set was posted today. I was also burned in the cancellation-othon last month, but lucky this time.

Isnt it funny. A company makes an error, some petulant Ozbargainer doesnt get it, so goes on a hate campaign.

Its time to grow up. Mistakes are made. Sometimes we get the benefit (eg Myer with Dyson), other times we dont.

Are you also going to stop buying coke etc at Woolies?, Paint at Masters? They are all the same company!

I dont think so, when the price is right!

      Thats life! move on.

Oh yes, my Ezibuy order also got cancelled….

        A company makes an error

By providing select targeted customers a discount code? If you were not a selected customer you can expect to be refunded. It's not an unusual practice amongst companies.

OK would NOT recommend buy their 100% cotton sheets.
We washed and used them for the first time this weekend. Verdict: Utter crap.
The fabric is thin and horrible and does not feel at all like cotton. Really think it is Polyester/Cotton mix. REALLY CRAP with a horrible feel and made in India.
Someone also commented on the last deal that the "cotton rich" sheets are in fact all polyester so.. buyer beware!

    • we bought some winter sheets and they seem fine, feels close enough to 100% cotton and package says made in Pakistan so clearly different to yours.

I also chose to order stuff that was less mainstream and got 3 of the 4 orders I made. They did cancel my two $20 voucher orders and refund the difference but ended up sending them anyways.

The thing I like most about their website is that reviews are legit. Too many companies these days monitor/edit their reviews too much and instead of just dropping a product, they continue to sell crap and edit the reviews.

I don't like them or their website design. I won't even entertain looking at it again.

I would be hard pressed to find $50 worth of stuff I wanted to buy! Even if I wasn't still peed off about the last voucher fiasco :(

  • Like their teddy throw, soft and cuddly.

Worst customer service ever! poor quality products too. Some of the stuff is available at Big W stores (Woolies has recently bought ezibuy) , so would rather deal with Big W than Ezibuy.

yeah, I have bought a lot of clothes from Ezibuy but now even with the best discounts it is still poor value. Clothes always shrink or fall apart.
