    Link states $19.95 + p/h, update title…

    • Apply the $8 discount coupon which is in the description.

    • -3

Jv it's no different to showing the discounted price in the title like we do with dick smith codes and the non member price isn't cheap

      • +9

No. There are many people who have used this code and this code is not available for new users. You can't put the discounted price in the title and claim it's selling at that price.

        • -2

That's why I said existing users in title

        • +4

@TRENT86: i'm an exsisting user and have used my codes up

        • +1

          @TRENT86:

I'm an existing user too and can't use the code.

        • @holden93: So have I :(

  • +2

I'm an existing member, however it appears the code can be used only once.

    • did you go for the eneloops and sd card like me

    • +2

That is correct the code now can only be used once per account.

Don’t over load your power boards or outlets, grab this USB charging station

Hahahaha.. wow COTD really do try and get the suckers in don't they..

  • When does the BDAY code expire?

    • 31st Dec

      • +7

Nope, it expires after you've used it or 31-Dec-14, whichever comes first…

Is there a way to filter out the 'BDAY' code? i swear most of the ozb community has used theirs already….

    • I think it could just be added in the description, NOT the title as it really has nothing to do with the deal…

  • Thanks OP

  • Other than the discount, which worked fine after logging in (It works out to be $21.90), does anyone have a comment on the actual item? Is this worth it? I've never heard this brand before. Would you have anything else to recommend?

I basically need one (even single USB) to charge my iPad at work where I use a PC which, unlike my Mac at home, doesn't offer enough power through its ports.

Aldi has something similar this week but it also has 2 240V power outlets built in as well.

    • +1

      yes, $19.99, 1 year warranty

      • Features a 2-way powerboard with 4 USB charging ports and 4 travel adaptors for over 150 countries
      • Comes complete with a carry pouch

      https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-buys/wednesday-5-november…

      • No specs as to the current on the Aldi one though… not that the original one above is particularly good given it can only run one port at high current…

        • +1

I doubt it does 2A… Possibley even 500mA per port… Who knows ????

        • +1

This page has some specifications: http://www.bauhn.com.au/Products/universal-travel-adaptor-ki…

None of the specifications you actually want though!

        • The product manual was added in the last few days. To save you the download here is the important part:

Specifications: This product can charge devices via USB with up to 3.1A in total. When you connect two or more products that require more than 3.1A, the adaptor may cut off the power into the USB ports. If this has happens, unplug one of your devices and the adaptor will continue charging the other connected device(s).

  • Does anyone know if this will shake hands with PS3 and PS4 controllers to charge them?

Ever since the BDAY code was released, there's been an influx of COTD deals. The way this is going, everything on COTD will be posted as bargain until the end of the year. You'd think most people would have used their code/s by now.

  • Is this item safe ? when I see 240v on one side , USB connector on the other and COTD in the middle I ask myself if buying this is a good idea.
