That site looks really dodgy. No offence. Is this site popular at all ?

    • have bought many things from them without issue
eg suits / kids swimming clothes etc

    • Odds are you're viewing the mobile version of site on your lame-o Mac book.

    • this site is not dodgy at all. it is very popular.

    • Link is a mobile link that's why. Take out the m. at the start of the link.

You can sign in using Facebook. You then have to agree to share your friends. If you don't have any, and don't use Facebook, then it doesn't matter.

i don't have facebook, how do i get past sign in screen smart ass?

        • Then don't sign up !!!! Less people to compete with me for some crap at 90% 0ff.

  • i have bought 2 of these suits at separate times - both from ozsale
delivery time was reasonable. (if i recall it was within a couple of weeks)
packaging was reasonable for mail ordered suit
quality is very good for the price…

its worth it even just for the 2 pairs of trousers (probably 75-120 each at myer depending on any given sale)

    • My packaging was abysmal … suit just stuffed into an oversized wrapped bag … on the plus side the suit was fine after a quick steam.

  • Anyone know what type of suit it is? Fabric and cuts?

  • All the items i have bought from ozsale within last month have all arrived and recieved safely. I think they are improving

  • Code is invalid or expired :-( Any other codes or free delivery??

    • The code never worked on my existing account but worked on my mates account when he signed up 2 days ago.

Was your account new or existing

Also its a one time use code, so if you've used it before it wont work again

      • Old account. But thanks anyway. I gave it a shot. Finally ordered. 2 trouser deal was worth it.

        • got one too. You cant go wrong with a $150 suit when Van Heusen sells them at an everyday price of between $350 - $550 depending on what promo they offer

    Great deal!

However, gents don't just go out and buy it just because it's cheap.

There is nothing worse than an ill-fitting suit, trust me.

    • Agree!! The shoulder padding in these are pulled up pretty tight and high so if you have broad shoulders these suits are very ill fitting (speaking from experience)!

    • I don't understand how you could buy a suit before trying it on?

      • Well, I think the idea is at Myer you'll pay $549 (which I paid on Friday night) after spending good hour or so getting the right fit or pay this price but take the risk.
And remember guys, you don't get to choose the trouser size. I am a 108 jacket which comes with 38" trousers. However my trouser size is 34" and this is something I was able to change at myer which you can't online.

        • +1

$400 extra to choose your trouser size … I'd take my chances at $149. You could also just go to myer and get the right fit before you buy from ozsale which is worth saving $400 for.

        • @easternculture: fair enough bro

      • By having recently tried a variety of suits, such as I have, and recording all the measurements. Given the different cuts, I realise slim fit means I'll need pants 1 size up so I can still move and bend, many also have set trouser sizes so with it being slim fit won't 'suit' me.

But yeah always best to try the actual suit anyway given all brands are slightly different, unless you get a online tailor-made suit or easy returns if it doesn't fit.

      • You do realize you can get the suits fitted so long as its not 3 sizes up or something outrageous. Just take measurements of your old suits, compare with these VH suits and even if you do end needing to get them fitted its still cheaper than buying straight from Myer!

http://www.vanheusen.com.au/van-heusen-wool-blend-classic-te… <- Use the fit guide

I purchased a 92 Reg which should be a fairly good fit but I'll probably get it fitted for my graduate job next year. It'll cost approx $100 to fit according to google. Gl gents : ) Do it like a sir.

    • So true, bought a bespoke suit online (got someone to measure for me) for a bit more than $150 and I've never looked better.

      Fit is everything

      • +2

Could you please let us know which tailor? I'd be interested in a made-to-fit suit too

        • Will get the details think the site has changed

      • can you let me know too?

  • What are the differences from the suit? I cant really tell much, the material is slightly different on some of them i think. But the cuts and things are really mentioned except for one or 2 suits? The colours seem mostly the same.

  • Bah, waited too long, looks like the sale has ended.
