These are crippled. Better to get a deal on a console with a hard drive. Recent deals EB Games $199 250GB console and JBHiFi $279 500GB.
The EB special was a ridiculously good deal, and the JB one is $100 more.

I got the console for $79 last boxing day, and a few days later there was this Xbox360 hard drive deal (Genuine 320GB for $69).
So I ended up paying $148 total.
Yeah thanks for the negs guys. I'd rather get negged and see people warned. I would not buy an Xbox without a hard drive these days.

I didn't realise Nintendo had such onerous terms for the purchase of their console that they forbade users from buying an Xbox with a hard drive.
More seriously the WiiU ecosystem works differently to an Xbox. WiiU has system memory and I wouldn't buy anything but the WiiU Basic either. Then again I'm not planning to buy a WiiU at all even though I own multiple Wii consoles because basically I think Nintendo got the WiiU wrong and there's nothing compelling on that system that I want.
Why put limitations on yourself….even more so with the previous gen with discounted consoles?

Like some others picked up the console for $79 last XMAS and purchased 500GB drive from local computer sale for $60 with a XBOX cradle for $5 (ebay) so had a 500GB system for less than $150 - still going strong
I got a 360 and never had time to play it, when I did I played a bit of GoW then went to take the disc out the the thing wouldn't open. Been stuffed ever since
Didn't you know? You have to finish the game before it will eject it - it's part of the game :P

Jam a straightened paperclip in there and it'll give up the disk. Console would still be worth chucking on Ebay as is.
Went to the site and pressed 'buy and select your 3 games' to see the selection of games and it comes up with 'sorry one of the times is out of stock'. So is it all gone? Just wanted to see the games. Is it me or the phone or Microsoft?

$50 more for 500GB more storage isn't bad. It's 2 games instead of 3.
Yeah but 2 old as games, at least you could choose forza horizon 2 which is brand new on the other bundle plus a couple other new ones which is what made It good :)
Don't buy this or any Xbox 360 4 Gb or you will regret it.
The 4 Gb as said above is flawed and you end up sending it back for repair (that takes 5 weeks) when the hard drive craps itself after a system update. Do a online search and you will find plenty of people complaining.
MS support are useless and will not help you when you cannot use the console.
Spend the extra whatever and get a larger hard drive and save yourself the grief.
