Dish'd 20% off (Sydney/Melbourne) until 1st December

fly

Found this in a Qantas magazine. similar to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/165654 but doesn't include free delivery, might come in handy when the other one expires.
This is some of the best frozen food i've ever had!

Update:
this didn't work for me, maybe it's for first time orders only, however had a friend sign up and the $30 off for orders over $50 appear to be back on

also free shipping looks to be an ongoing promo at the moment.

  • In case anyone is wondering different things are made all over the world, and the prices are the same/similar as the frozen section as the supermarket. Some things are better than others, like the apply custard tart. ;)

  • Thanks! Going to give this a shot. My order was less than $80 before discount (looks like that's the threshold for free delivery) but it qualified for free delivery still for some reason.

Try the salted caramel ganache tart…LOVED IT

The rib eye is also delicious

    • We had the salted caramel gânache tart on Saturday, was the best frozen dessert I have ever had.

  • The crepes suzzette were good. The crab canapes were not. The magic souffle balls don't seem to rise and tasted like cheesey stodgy scrambled eggs. Overall, I'd like to try nearly everything in this line. A lot of the stuff is made in either France or Italy. Read the cooking instructions. Many require overnight defrost in the fridge. The magic Apple dessert was fun.

  • I ordered a few meals but have so far only tried the potato and rosemary pasta, cooking it from frozen which was a mistake. It took too long to come back to the boil and ended up being overcooked so the filling escaped out into the water. I suspect thawing it before cooking is the solution.

    • Some of the pastas require defrost and shallow and gentle pan simmer. Don't assume anything with these products, read the instructions.

The packet says it can be cooked from frozen or thawed, hence my warning to others about not choosing the "cook from frozen" instructions.

  • Just ordered. Very impressed so far… I have to admit I am excited, and I hope it's good as I would be a repeat customer!

  • We had the vegetable spring rolls last night and they were yummy. The vegetables were tasty and seemed fresh. I think I'd do an order vs buy from the supermarket freezer section. The prices are very good IMO.

  • thanks..

The eye fillet beef, potato au gratin and frozen veggies deal was awesome! I reckon they'll be successful if their prices are reasonable (read: give better value compare to take-away joints and frozen food from supermarkets).

  • The eye fillet deal was great and so was one of the pizzas that I tried.

Looking forward to stocking up on dish'd products again :)

Just noticed there is another code available which gives free delivery: if you don't want to buy too much

  • Why is this marked expired? The ad said 1 Dec?

    • So, the post is no longer marked expired. :)

Just wanted to add that I used this code when I ordered a second time… maybe since then they've made it invalid for existing customers, I'm not sure?

      • when did you order?

as with DISCOVER (20% off with free delivery, ends 31st october)

        Promotion code is invalid.

even for new accounts, probably due to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/166743 => deal expired (at least for now)

        • 20th October for delivery on Thursday this week.

        • so seems they might have suspended codes whilst the no-code intro offer is available?

discover worked for all customers so i was going to post it as a deal but then when i checked the dishd website saw the new intro offer and discover no longer valid :(
