    I am unaware what it uses (cant see it in the manual anywhere) but i doubt it would use RF.

      If it was 2.4ghz receiver it would definitely mention it in the specs.
      Pretty ordinary if we can't get any other info on it than just the word "wireless"

  I know this is no help to you right now - but the NAB/Verisign are having issues (!) at the moment.

  Paypal is working fine - please use that until they have their stuff sorted.

  Regardless - if we have received the $$ twice - will will refund ASAP.

  Without going into specifics it looks like they (Verisign) have done an upgrade or similar and the CVV is an issue. It is authorising a payment - but not actually taking the money - hence - the errors from our system.

  We are on it (and onto them) - and will try and resolve ASAP.

    The money's already been deducted from my credit (debit) card though - my bank statement shows the double transaction. So I'm hesitant to pay again (using Paypal this time) until I receive the refund.

      On furtehr investigation it is a VISA issue.

      I understand your relcutance - and would do the same. We are not the only ones affected by this issue - and are working on a soilution. Could you please give me your order ID - so i can reserve you a unit?

        I don't think I got an order ID - I just got a message after the payment saying that my order has been placed on hold and to contact you via e-mail (which I have done, but no reply as yet). This is the only number that showed up after the payment screen: 12995290.

    Can you give me part of your email address, Order it (5 digits) or the approx time you bought?The number you have provided is a TX number - very hard for me to find unless I go though every transaction.
