Not sure this is really a "special price". This Sanyo has been on sale at DSE now for several months, I've never seen it over $699, and is often lower!

  Not positive its the same model (but its the same brand, size, and resolution) - saw this last night at Big W for $697 (and the low res model for $2 more!!??) and it looked like a regular price.. no mention of a special.

  Yeah the previous ones posted on ozbargain are the old model that's slightly worse than the new one. This new one looks a bit better too with the thin bezel.

Dick Smith used to have this same TV for $600 2 months ago.
I didnt buy at the time. Now I'm regretting it.
