    Anyone knows what 'Reorder' button do when viewing orders? I've preordered Shadow Of Mordor for $59 and now it's $47, not sure if reordering will add another copy or replace with cheaper option?

      Re-order will place the same order again. Just email them and they will refund you the difference.

    Destiny is click and collect only, but no store has stock.. Does that mean I cannot purchase it? I can't click on any store.

    Man I'm buying too many games from DSE these days. These preorder prices are too good to pass up.
    Finally got a decent price on Halo Collection ($55) today and got AC Unity, Mordor and DriveClub for $48 each.
    Was tempted to get get more, but already have Forza Horizon 2, GTA 5 and Sunset Overdrive on preorder from previous deals lol.

      Same here, Have Destiny, and will be getting WoW exapc, AC Unity, AC Rogue, and now because of this sale Far Cry 4 and Shadows of Mordor. Too many games!
      But I know that even if I don't play some of them for a while I know the games I got really cheap through DSE probably won't be that cheap for quite a while.

        Plus you can always trade games in to cex for about $50 cash one month after they release. So effectively you play the games for free, if u can beat them within the first month!

    LOL i always tell myself after each bad experience to NOT get anything from Dick Smith, yet for being a cheapskate i still get burned!

    Got a call saying the click and collect order (which CLEARLY said in stock yesterday) isnt available anymore for FIFA 15…so i either have to wait until the end of next week, or get a refund…. why do they say click and collect in stock if they DONT HAVE STOCK??!?

      No. But I didn't receive order acknowledgement email from DSE, only PayPal confirmation email. The payment went through.
      PS. I found there was an invoice # in the PayPal email. It's in light grey colour and smaller print close to the end of the email. I think it's the same as the order number should I have received the order acknowledgement from DSE.

      Anyone is in the same boat?

    Just a head up, I got a bland page after I pressed 'Place the Order' button. I've never received any order acknowledge email from DSE. But I got Paypal payment confirmation email and my credit card was charged.
    I contacted Dick Smith three times so far and only got a rely from their Facebook team. They said they couldn't find my order, and they advised me to contact Paypal to arrange a refund. I just lodged a dispute. Anyone has dealt with DSE on paypal refund before? Shall I escalate to a claim straightaway?
