MINUS SIDE:
Website host & coders should take a week-off, unpaid. Had a ton of trouble trying to give them my money. Their mobile site is horrendous & the full site should handle simple promotions with ease.
PLUS SIDE:
Guessing they continued the promotion, due to a tanking site. I used 2x$10 vouchers to buy a kick-arse $97 Stanley socket set (supposedly WAS:$129) for $77. Even cheaper than 12/12/13 deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/126588)

Did not have a single thing in my cart. Was just browsing product categories. Happened multiple times tonight all when i had nothing in the cart.

Guys, what if we buy something and need to refund it? I accidently bought the wrong grade of engine oil, but am wondering whether my $20 discount would be reinstated and applied when I buy the different oil?

Finally got to checkout my order after realising what @andwae: said (thanks) about multi buys in your cart. I grabbed 2x Bars Bug Windscreen Cleaner and they came to $5 cos I got two. No mention of a multi buy when I added the extra to the cart. And because I was continually trying to refresh the checkout page I never noticed it.
Anyway, removed both those items because a 5L pack was only $10 which is a bargain itself in comparison. (375ml is $3.95 or 2 for $5)
Credit was still ok @ 11pm, I think you had to claim it between 6-8pm which has no doubt been mentioned earlier.

Literally used it on an order for $9.99 at 11:59PM…went through and only used credit from the marketing section of credits. Still got my $10 from the sign up to use. As of 12:02am I've still got $0.01 to use for marketing credits.

Yeap I have $10 from today's promotion. I am supposed to get an extra $10 from the previous promotion for signing up, but that wasn't on my account.

I have noticed that it says 12:54am 1/10/2014 when I check out my credits, but here in Perth its only 10:54 Damn you GMT+8!!
On the Mac my credits came up as a payment method but when I used the Samsung tablet, it was as an option under the invoice amount that I had to tick to say use loyalty and then type in $ how much. Maybe try to look for that option to see if you have credits you can use?

I just said went online to check my loyalty credit in my account before heading to store for 6pm to 8pm special. Didnt see the credit so didnt bother going to store to potentially be rejected,
She apologized and added the credit to my account

@easternculture: man.. SCA customer support is like the best ever. They go out of their way to give you things for free..
It is fairly easy, apart from the first lady a little clueless and hung up on me. But the second time was a breeze.

I didn't receive the credit on Tuesday so I called today, the lady apologised and credited my account. Gotta love free stuff. :)
most of my click+collect orders are being delivered free due to my local having insufficient stock :)
