You could try ask Eastgardens or another woolworths close to UNSW to match the deal. ;-)
How can you prove you are a student? I'm studying part time at tafe.
With your student ID card?
Can part time students get one? Does that mean I can get cheap train tickets?
you only can get student prices for tickets if you have a concession sticker, ask your uni to apply for one.

Me neither. I thought the closest was Central Park from Sydeny TAFE. But yeah, looks like it just opened.

It's at the new central park. Opposite UTS. Super modern building with the vertical garden.
It's in Haymarket, not Central Park (different Woolies). Quay St.

The Haymarket one just opened about two weeks ago, opposite UTS library.
That's the best!! Enough motivation to walk from broadway coles to woolies haymarket. Willingly giving in to this scheme!

yes they do opal recharges.

Was told at the check out that it does not apply to USYD students.
Just went now as a UTS student and was told it only applies to groceries, so excludes Opal top up and giftcards. Also, you can swipe your Woolworths Everyday rewards card to get frequent flyer points, and pay with a frequent flyer credit card and get double points I believe.
Very interesting… A big supermarket doing student discounts is something I'd never thought I would see. However, Notre Dame students are between USYD and UTS, so they should be included
