Can you get different countries maps on this? Travelling to south africa.
You can load iGo and other Win CE navigation software. So finding other maps shouldn't be a problem.

i got one of these from shopping square for around the same price a year ago. i didn't try updating the map for 3 months after i had been using it and when i did, even though it was my first time, i got a message saying that as I had been using it for three months, my free map updates had expired 30 days after I first turned it on. currently updates are about $30 per map. having said that, i am happy with the original map - although i only use it around town.
Anyway, be wary of 'latest map guarantee' as it's very different to 'free life-time maps' which is what i got with a tomtom that's in the other car and really does seem to mean 'lifetime' (not sure who's life tho)!~
