I am not familiar with those two software packages you mentioned, but I found Zoner to be a good all round tool, especially with its batch processing. It also offers a lot of easy used tool for many operations - from ordinary editing, to HDR, panoramas or moving object deletion.
I would say ideal for serious or enthusiastic photographer for photos from their holidays.
I would still prefer Photoshop for studio work.

Lots of positive reviews, clearly a popular piece of software. If I have Elements 10 and Perfect Effects 8, would I benefit from Zoner Photo Studio 16 Pro?
