  There is no LED torch on the Sailing 5 which is a shame but it is an awesome power pack, much smaller than I thought it would be.

      The one on a Sailing 4 (good friend has one) is bright enough to allow you to see follow a walking track in the dark, throwing light a few meters ahead.

    Hi,

    It can be charged from the car provided you have a USB adapter. Charging times will however depend on the output from the charger and I do not recommend charging these types of battery banks on batteries as this can lead to flat batteries.

  got Sailing 5 and it doesn't charge S5 from 2.1A output.
  1A works but not as good
  bought it last time - feel disappointed. would buy other brand instead

  I bought the Romoss sailing 4 10400 off of them and have been less them impressed. It never fills more then half way you using a 1A wall charger. It says it's full, you plug a device into it and it shows only 2 LEDs instead of 4. Plug it back into charge, the third LED starts flashing as if it's charging then all 4 light up indicating it's full. Only way I have been able to get it to charge past this point is in the car on a eBay 500mah charger it gets about 3/4 full. Secondly the 1A port died within a month.

  Purchased a Xiaomi 10400mah off of eBay have not had an issue with it and was $25 from some dodgy Chinese seller.

    As that sounds like a faulty product your best bet would be to log in online and apply for a return. Alternatively you can bring the units into any of our stores and we can resolve this for you.
