  No, just no. I don't understand why there are restriction on ebay deal and there are none on Aliexpress. These deals from aliexpress should be ban until there are some sort of regulation similar to ebay are in place.

    From my own experience -I've had 75 orders - apart from fake micro sd and usb sticks (if they are too cheap then they are dodgy) all my purchases have been good. My 5 purchases of fake micro sd and usb sticks has resulted in a total refund via the resolution centre. The only time my orders have gone wrong is when I haven't read the description correctly and I received a product that had been adequately described but I misinterpreted.

    do your research. buy from a seller with good feedback rating.

    that's 10 weeks. buy from any ebay seller from china and there is a proviso from paypal that you should file your dispute in 60 days. it's the same deal with aliexpress - or any china shop. I have filed for no-receipt of an order after 40 days and received a refund once it obviously wasn't arriving 2 weeks after.

      Still, Ebay deal require the store to be top rated seller or have an ABN. I don't see why there are no equivalent requirement for Aliexpress when the are also an auction site and are 100 time more dodgy than ebay.

        Tmart, banggood, meritline, focalpoint, etc are not top rated seller or have an ABN -

        Amazon doesn't have an a ABN. Aliexpress is basically Amazon but in china.
