Why would someone be stupid and take the kids to the park or beach if we can have kinetic sand?
Good price though, + from me
I… need… more… sands…
I can't wait for the 2.5KG. Might get more of this instead.
Thanks OP.
Why is this sand Kinetic? Do you need batteries? Or are we just talking about gravitational pull……..like when you pick up some sand and then drop it?
Your comment has potential.
But once you reached the bottom of his comment, it loses its potential
Like sand through the hour glass
these are the days of our lives!
I miss the dole
I miss judge judy!
I miss the televangelists at 4am. Do they still have those on?
Bold & The Beautiful is where its at.
haha nooooooo
I bought 2kg of it with the previous deal's price
oh well, still worth it :p
Arhah, birthday present sorted. Thanks OP.
You could nick some from the beach for free
-1 :(
Sand in Motion
Will stay in motion unless acted upon by an external net force?
Will provide a good test for those dyson vacuum's people bought couple of months back.
The Kinetic Sand page says it never (ever) dries out. I guess if it does then take it back. This sounds like a promise good for at least a decade or two.
Now my question, how filthy does this stuff gets. If contaminants get into it is it really annoying?
Not bad at all really. Even if you drop it on the carpet, you can pretty much just pick it up by hand.
Still way overpriced for sand and cornflour. Like the cardboard google glasses this will come way down over the months.
Except its more than just that. The sand and cornflour mix creates something similar but not exactly the same. Kinetic sand is apparantly 98% sand (and perhaps a certain type of grain) and 2% Polydimethyl siloxane (a form of silicone oil).
Excellent for sensory play for kids with autism.
Price confirmed as well as the Voucher linked and of course free membership. They had quite a few boxes (30+ ) at the Melrose Park (SA ) store
Got it, great price thank you!
Only one box/ per vip card/ per purchase.
Was interested in getting some and had a play at Spotlight last time with some they had on display. Seemed cool enough but I also noticed that it had dried out a bit and was leaving granules everywhere. I don't know how long it had been out in the open though.
