  As someone who sells gopro batteries and chargers on ebay for a living, I can tell you those capacity numbers are no where near accurate.

  I think that you should be careful with this one. I suspect that this is not Australian stock and therefore likely not covered by manufacturer's warranty here.

  Apus's warranty policy is hardly reassuring : http://stores.ebay.com.au/Apus-Auction-Express/Shop-Policies…

  I think that there are aspects of the policy that are even not according to Australian Consumer Law (like indicating that they will not take responsibility for warranty in the case where there is manufacturer warranty).

  Maybe do some research and ask them some specific questions in advance of Sunday.

  re: spare batteries, I've got a pile of generic $5 batteries and they're fine (last about 1:50 vs. 2:00 with the official battery). I reckon that's tolerable considering the saving.
  A friend recently got the wasabi dual charger and battery pack - says the batteries are fine but the charger is a bit temperamental. I've got the official dual charger ordered from amazon for less than 1/2 the price, waiting for me to collect from a Vegas hotel soon :-)
