        I have worked with Mitre 10 since i was 18 straight from school. Still love it. I think I buy too much here too lol

        Off topic, but I'm trying to find a little history on your store, as this post brought back fond childhood memories from the 70's. I think the store was then on Roma St by the Turbot Street overpass near King George Square?

        (Now remembering the smells of the 74 floods in the CBD!) I lost my memory 20 years ago, and now it is flooding back. No pun intended :-)

        My guess is the hammer may predate my first purchase at your store (memories can be faulty) - a pair of German long nose pliers, still in use.

        Any suggestions?

  Hi rep,
  I have a shower head that is like a nozzle attached directly to the wall (like the ones at camp sites/prison movies) that I am dying to change. Is it easy to change it out for this head?

    All behind the wall fitings if done properley (ie by a plumber) are 1/2bsp for the shower head. so screw off, clean, a little white plumbers tape, screw on and your done.
