    Does Dick Smith split the orders for delivery?
    I ordered 4 pack of batteries and a keyboard together but the tracking email is only for the keyboard. And in the online "My orders" page, the batteries are listed as awaiting fulfilment.

      Yep - I have one delivery containing one set of batteries, a second delivery containing two sets, and my order is still awaiting fulfillment for the last set to be sent out.

      Yeah - my order has been split into three deliveries, and can see one has been attempted delivery / carded today, the second is "Freight Manifest Transmitted", and the third was only invoiced today, so comes up as "Unable to find"

    i got paypal email refund! (im sure it was due to $15 disc applied to each items - i ordered 4x uomo eneloopS)
    but
    it didnt come with explanation and none email apologies at all.

      I just saw a refund from dicksmith as well with no other details. But the refund amount is the exact amount for the DGTEC tablet deal posted the week before. I think the refund is for the tablet.
