Dxo Optics Pro 7 for Free

440

There's two more ways to get it free for those that missed out on the previous offer.

Through Practical Photography magazine (valid until 31 Aug 2014):

http://www.dxo.com/intl/practicalphotography

Through Digital Photo magazine (valid until 30 Sep 2014):

http://www.dxo.com/intl/digitalphotouk

Note that "valid until" means when you have to redeem the license by. The actual license is a perpetual one that you can use for as long as you like.

Yes it's an older version but, as already discussed in similar deals repeatedly, it does more than enough for the amateur (and even professional) photographer so still very useful if you don't want to cough up ~$450 for the latest version.

  • Nice find! Sadly my new Sony camera is not on their support list:

    • Which sony did you get? From the deal this week?

    • Congrats on the new camera.

Though, I suppose there's one benefit of using old models in that you know it's supported by older software. My 'newest' camera is the Nikon V1 which I'm lucky in that it's supported by DXO Optics 7. Just as well, I got it in the last freebie offer and need something to process raw as the jpgs out of camera at high ISO sucks.

  • Got it last time but it won't load in Windows 8.1

    • Dang, saw this too late. Pretty useless for me and other users of 8.1 then.

    • Mine loads fine in win 8.1pro

My canon 650d is supported, so thanks op!

      • Confirmed. Program booted up fine on my win8.1.

  • nice find dude thanks

  • Thanks. It's a really good software for photo processing, especially it's free!

  • Pity this isn't version 8.1… that's the version that started supporting the Canon S110. Still, it'll be useful for my Bro and Dad to have (they both have the S110) for general image manipulation.
